Then, at the time of installation, you were told what your speed would be and agreed to accept that speed. If you had not accepted, you would have had a full refund. It was your choice to continue the install at the slower speed or not. Are we supposed to pay for your change of mind? We sent you a check for the returned modem. What more do you want? There are some people who will never be happy, no matter how much you try... |
