I do apologize for the confusion regarding your speed issues. When provisioning residential DSL, we attempt to sync up at the highest rate possible.
While we provide server 'up to' 1.5M, you simply may not qualify for those speeds.
Also, I may be incorrect, but I believe we may be providing our own DSL service in Oswego. We operate several DSLAMs that we acquired from Inforamp in a few COs in the far western burbs.
Lastly, if you do desire to have an @anet.com email address, I do not think that should be an issue, so feel free to contact us to get this setup.
