| Fairnet Hello, I was the salesman that got you hooked up with Fairnet a while back. Sorry to hear you had problems. Did you call the office and talk to anyone? I wish that I was there to help you out, but they let me go. It really saddens me because I've talked to you a bunch of times and know you are a good guy. I wish that I could have fixed any problem you were having. Even though I don't work there anymore, I still feel like the customers that I worked with are important and the company is too. It was a big part of my life. I worked hard to help everyone and loved the company.
I get my bandwidth through Medaryville and I've never had a problem. I do know that the elevator was having some electrical work done this summer, but it shouldn't have been to where the customer even noticed. I know that they took a generator up there during that times, and had battery back up. |
