Come on over

If you are in Plano, you should be pleased with the reliability of Comcast. I know they are more expensive, but what is reliability worth to you. Their speeds are consistent and tech support seems to be getting a little better over time. I have had both DSL and cable and will stay with cable until they price themselves out of business with me.

Verizon DSL is cheaper, and I've found to be just as reliable as EL.
