| No, it wasn't us No, it really wasn't us. We got almost 8 ft. of snow in a blizzard this year and this antenna was buried completely. Normally the service runs like clockwork even when buried but the snow compacted and created ice in front of the unit which no wireless service can go through. In retrospect, we should have mounted the antenna in an area less likely to be buried but there wasn't much we could do in this situation and 8 feet of snow isn't a normal storm, even here. Having this user brush the snow out from in front of the antenna fixed the problem. Other than this, we've got no records of any other trouble tickets open from this user. |
