This review and the reviewer are biased. He frequents the boards slamming P8 and promoting Vonage without any facts other than his opinion. Ratings below consensus...

That seems fairly specific to me.

tech support

I've called tech support maybe 3 times in the past year (even less in previous years) and I've always quickly gotten a real person on the phone who speaks excellent English and can diagnose problems well. They also respond to email tech support requests.

Outages are rare and brief when they occur.

Never used tech support can't reply to that, 2 plus years of use only 1 major outage and maybe 2 minor outages.

Vonage is bleeding out badly, I truly believe packet 8 will be one of the last voip services standing when it's all said and done.
