Downgrade to save money if you want

You have to rent a modem from sympatico but they reduced the fee to $2 a month instead of the old $10. So it isn't that much of a burden.

Also, there is no advantage of Ultra right now, so if you want you can reduce your account to HSE and still get 4/5 mbit for $35 or less a month

Just a tip.

Funny, all or most all of the people i read about on these sympatico forums who had ultra and downgraded to high speed figuring on saving a couple of bucks a month ened up with 3 megabit service. Something they didn't plan on.

Bell would be the last provider I would recommend based on the uncaring and frankly dishonest customer "support" they provide.
