| Don't use that crappy Enternet software! Yes, Enternet, the crappy stuff Bell and Aliant have disguised as their "Connection Manager". Its overbloated, and heck, it isnt even maintained or developed upon anymore as I remember.
You'll probably have much better luck if you use some third party PPPoE software, such as Raspppoe or Winpoet. Or the built in PPPoE if your using Windows Xpee. Don't install the crap they give you on CD, it sucks. -- #SympaticoSucks @ EFNet | |

| Router question The router you are talking about, are you refering to a DSL router you have (like Linksys, DLink or Netgear) or you mean the DSL modem they provided?
If you are talking about a DSL router, it's normal they wouldn't have the username/password for it since they don't provide the router. If you're talking about the DSL modem, even if they knew the password, why would they want to give it to you? The default settings should work and if you happen to mess it up, they'll need to replace the modem. | |
