Nice to see you are having a decent time with your Comcast internet, I have had Comcast for years now (back when it was ATTBI) and have never had a problem. I also work at Best Buy and I have to say buying through Best Buy is the way to go because Best Buy is there as a backup if something ever went to hell on your comcast. I have to say though that I like my DSL with Qwest here in Iowa City, IA where I live 90% of the time, the DSL has less ping fluctuation.
