Holy cow!!

Holy cow! Hope you didn't jump the gun here to fast on your ratings. Hate to see you shoot Charter down first time cable is down due to weather or something. As discussed in the Charter forum, I think you'll like it for a LONG time to come.

I live in Azle, my friend that I use to lan game with lives in WhiteSettlement which is 10 minutes from me. We have the exact same connection. I have gamed on his connection for 2 years. I would go over there once a month to do some lan gaming. In all that time, his connection never dropped on us, even in bad weather.

Do I expect the same with mine? No. Do I have a problem if it goes down in bad weather? No. Everything is not perfect, this isn't a WallGreens world All I can say is my install went EXCELLENT and this is 100x better than crappy Wireless ISP's and Dialup.
