Surfing the net and talking with Motorola?

Can you surf the net and use the service with the Motorola? I can talk for 30 min and the minute I begin surfing, I get lost upstream talking... I can hear the inbound but can't talk out. Rebooting the PC does not help. You can hang up and the line can stay open from the user's end. Rebooting the Motorola fixes everything... I can then call that person back and as long as I don't surf, the service is great...

I'm wondering if Linksys users or Cisco users have this problem?
