How to upgrade your line,,,

Call 1-888-262-6300 and tell them to update the configuration file for your modem to accept the new line speeds. Then you will get 3000kbps.

Config upgraded from 1.8 to 3.0. Still slow.

@eds.net		 Try unplugging your modem for 60 seconds as the email stated when they first upgraded the bandwidth.
