Rogers' excuses with earlier reviews.

I agree the review completely about the BS from Rogers with their excuses on cut backs in their delivery of service. Maybe they cannot digest after swallowing Sprint (IMHO)so they need to trim here and there. See how desperate they are trying to compete with the local Bell telephone company by giving offers which is not even close with the pricing for anyone to change over. It will be a disaster to switch to Rogers. What goes around comes around since they got Nortel's building in Brampton. A giant can fall harder when they fall. We need more competition in the cable industry.

Indeed

Could not have said it better myself.
Just no value proposition in the product.
Extremely poor notification on the usenet disconnection, wasted hours figuring it out.

When the service does go down it can be 8-12 hours.
I have had to keep paying for a dialup ISP to ensure connectivity. Now I use my dialup's news server.
