This probably goes in both..

..but if you call Earthlink's billing support at the right times (i call usually around 7PM EST), you can get someone that speaks correctly. I have never been connected to a bad speaking person yet, and the time warner office was able to help me with a couple of billing problems before. Maybe you should have given it more of a chance, but i guess it doesn't matter now
