| dsl and the real story after that last comment tier one agents at least try to verify the physicals for all the user error dsl customers encounter. we wont talk about that although i do have dsl myself as well as cable . the point is tier one gets all the questions out of you just to get to the point . physical layer is very important in the dsl model . tier one agents arent the best but with dsl customers there is way too many factors that have to be added in .. So im sorry if ur salty ur paying for a service that uses the phone line instead of coax . if its up its upppppppppp and if its down jsut remember this is DSL |
