| Re: Not worth it SBC billing practice is evil, was over billed for 139.95 a few months ago, now being over billed again for 139.30. Are they on crack? Their expert 44.99 was more trouble then it's worth, it took me 2 hours on the phone to have the speed issue resolved. After having been a customer for 2 years and 6 months, I was treated no different from someone who just signed up... Their is no loyalty toward anyone whatsoever. All they see is $$$ coming out of your pocket even if its through deceptive billing that is done on purposely to make you pay more, often lots more. SBC YAHOO is service is slowly going down the toilet...
How does 44.99+17.00 a month end up 87-89 a month? Well they have hidden fee, you will only know if you been a customer for awhile. SBC+DSL=Hell... I have been over paying most of the time, and getting fed up. Only when they make a big mistake will take correct it but often more headaches on my end... | |
