Well Kiss my azz I think you must either work for qwest or you never use their service, They sucked me into free hookup for long distance and no service charge, well after 4 months of this service the send me a letter stating no more free service there would be a 2.99 a month fee. Well I called them and they said there was a $10.00 CHARGE TO DISCONNECT THE SERVICE that I NEVER USED. well thats when I said I am looking for someone else and I found a new local service

Definition of monopoly

You inferred a negative connotation from what was simply an accurate descriptor. From dictionary.com:
