who live in Connecticut . I shouldn't say that though since I'm about 15 miles from you, but some of the people here (especially those from 'the valley) seem to be missing a few essential screws!

Have you thought about having the head of your agency (the guy in DC) contact the head of the isp? Sometimes you have to go over the dweebs making minimum to get things done.

Be carefull....word on the street is DSLN is going under or maybe a buyout coming soon. Just a heads up to start looking at other providers just in case. This is what I heard, not a fact. Good Luck....at least the lines are both up and running again.

There have been rumorts that DSL.NET is about to go under any day now for about 3 years now.

Hasn't happenned yet.
