| Planning to switch to DSLExtreme hahahha, I love your slogan "EarthStink" 
Unfortunately I have a contract with EarthStink until mid-November. I'm thinking of terminating my contract with EarthStink prematurely since I'm really pissed off with their Indian tech support, especially with a representative of EarthStink (ElnkShaun) who responded to my cries in this forum willing to help me with my issue by asking my to e-mail my information and phone number, it's been almost 2 weeks and I got no response (at least a confirmation notice saying they have received my message and is working on getting back to me would have been nice).
EarthStink stinks! It's becoming a daily morning routine of doing a hard reset on my DSL modem because my DSL connection dies at least everynight or anytime during the day. EarthStink charges too much money and hires Indian employees.
I'm glad to hear DSLExtreme has good technical support staff. |
