| Expensive Cable vs. Cheaper DSL/Satellite Lets see cable dsl was 2000-$29.95, 2002-$34.95, 2003-$44.95. These prices take into account the "bundle discount"???? Now Verizon DSL 2000-$49.95, 2002-$39.95, 2003-$34.95, 2004-$29.95. Does anybody else see a pattern here? Sorry Cable, you just arent going to survive. You cant raise your prices every year and then cap your customers when they use the internet too much. | |

| Re: Expensive Cable vs. Cheaper DSL/Satellite DSL is getting cheaper, but look at the pathetic speed and unreliable service youre getting for the money. DSL is down every other week in most areas, especially Verizon. I've had Road Runner for 3 years now without any problems. My speed went from 2.0 mb/s to 3.2 mb/s and it is now at 5.4 mb/s. Verizon runs around 500 kb/s. Can you tell the difference? | |
