I then read that if I want this upgrade I have to pay an addional $10 on top of the $10 I already pay for the 6/768 tier because I am not a catv subscriber. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I don't have a problem paying extra because I don't have catv. I have a problem when they want to double the extra I have to pay."
