NEN SUCKS!

I have NEN service and it sucks! Downtime issues with the router that they provided me, over charged on service, and tech support, billing, and supervisor support is a joke!

I'm breaking my contract and going back to RoadRunner if not a T1 line to my house.

I wouldnt even sell NEN to my worst enemy.

I used newedge for about 3 years.

Newedge was ok, its over priced in my opinion and we did have several short outages. My major problems were always customer support issues. For a small company using a t1 it was far more economical to co-locate our servers but that wont apply to everyone. We dont need daily access to our web servers so its no big deal, if it is we can always just remote in and work that way.

Just another option I wish I'd known about when we started our company.
