This is not for the home user!

I also used this service. I had to get IDSL becuase of distance to the CO. When I had issues, email stopped working, line down, etc.. the service department (when they were in) was less then helpful. My estimation is that they would rather to websites and webhosting then deal with home users. They later sold my account to PRIMUS who promptly jacked up the price...
