My Experience

Now that I have been Covad Wireless (former Nextweb) for nearly 5 years to my knowledge I have never had an outage of more then 20 minutes and so few that I can't even remember when. I did have a DNS problem that turned out to be using Skypipline's DNS servers. This was remedied quickly by a call to support. I don't use my home office as much now but after hearing horror stories from my neighbor who has cable internet (I did at one time) I don't plan on going back.
