join:2001-09-27 Hoover, AL | 911 We have also had this 911 service problem, but we got it corrected by calling them, the problem was that Intrado 911 Emergency was not intercepting the calls, But now our information is Automatically popping up on their screen

| CallVantage price drop to $24.95 for unlimited I have had CallVantage for almost 2 years now, and am also very satisfied. CallVantage dropped their "Unlimited" service to $29.95 a couple of months ago at least. Apparently, though, if you already have had service with them at a higher rate, they would not automatically reduce it. One phone call to their service center and they did this for me. I was told, at the time, the reason was that they could "NEITHER" raise "NOR" drop the basic service rate on their own - a customer had to request it. I am, surely, very skeptical of that claim. | |

| $24.99.... Thanks for the heads-up guys; AT&T is definitely advertising their price as $24.99/month, but I am still being charged $29.99. I'll be giving them a nice phone call tonight.
Thanks again. | |

| Re: $24.99.... I honestly feel stupid for not catching this earlier. I could have saved over $30 last year! Oh well, at least I was finally made aware of it (via this site). Otherwise, AT&T would have continued to overcharge me for the same service. When I called the support line, the lady said, "Yes, you are currently paying $29.99/month. However, you have the option of choosing the same service for $24.99/month. Would you like to move to the $24.99 plan?"
No, I WOULDN'T! I'd like to continue to be screwed every month! I wonder how many other people aren't aware of the price change and are still being overcharged...
