I agree

Have had them (VOIP.net) for a year. But you need to update your reliability rating. They certainly deserve more than 60%. But the web portal certainly does NOT deserve 100%.

Credit where Credits due, I have had BVX since November of 2004 and couldnt agree more with the quality and uptime. My initial move of my phone number was hell, but after that its been great, it just plain works phone, fax, follow me, answering machine, call waiting. I have also switched from Comcast to RCN to FIOS in that time and no problems with my VOIP service.
I have friends who use sunrocket and although they like the service (and price) they have had some downtime over the last year.
I have no idea what BVX support is like as I have never used them after the LNP issues.
