| Uhhh Verizon offers usually 2.8 mbps, however, my friend gets 3.2 mbps, so it averages to 3.0 mbps. The upload for my area, however, ends up to be around 76 kb/s upload. 30 dollars a buck, its better than Optimum Online. And for those who really want to argue with me, you can't win. It's because I don't have a cable jack anywhere in my house. | |

| Uncapping yourself If you call their Customer Service line and whine about it long enough, they "escalate your call" (read as: you're going to be sitting at that phone all day waiting for a call back) and then force-feed you BS about how you got capped. They'll probably uncap you if this is only the first through fourth time. After that, Security looks at your account and has the option to terminate service.

Clearly less than what you have been doing... is that all that hard to understand??
And MOST people OOL or elsewhere NEVER run into the problem.
With OOL you have about the fastest service in the country.... but even some DSL providers have also cut back on 24/7 goble the entire net users.
FAST does not equal all you can eat non stop 24/7... and NO provider has EVER promised that.
Except for the term unlimited meaning (as net was) not time billed/limited, not necessarily volume.
Even all you can eat restaurants say enough, please never come back if you want to be a true pig day in and day out.
