Another Year

Well, still no downtime. None. And, when I called to bitch about the price of Cable TV and HSI being too high the guy offered to put in the "Triple Play" which added phone service and saved me 50.00 a month.

Good company.....

He Lied !!

The whole package ended up costing $10.00 more than I was paying.

When I called customer service to complain about the 320.00 bill (yeah, you read it correctly) they said "oops" and may or may not have adjusted it to the new 10.00 higher (195.00) monthly rate. Their comment about the guy who quoted the low rate. "Why would he do that?"

I gotta get away from these guys.
