| Charter speeds As you mentioned already, Charter IS NOT a leader when it comes to speed increases. Never have been and never will be.
I've had Charter for over 4 years now. Never been a problem with the connection that wasn't weather related, except for 2 times they did maintenance. Even though that maintenance wasn't done ANYWHERE near me, it messed my connection up both times for a couple days. MI. is usually a testing ground for their speed increases but didn't get so lucky this time. Last I heard, the new speeds will not be in MI until later this summer, July-Aug, and I've heard others say as late as Sept-Oct.
