Your math seems a little off...

May 18 to June 18 would be about 30 days, would it not?
According to my calculations, it took about 24 days. And it is true, it takes more time when ordering new phone service or moving service to a new address.

Note to self, not everything is base 8 or 10. You're absolutely right, it was 24 days including the day I ordered and the day I got it. I made the really stupid mistake of counting the weeks in iCal as 10 days instead of 7. I'll correct it as soon as I'm done replying. Thank you for pointing it out.

Upload Speed

I don't understand how you can be happy with an upload of 355 when you should be getting around 700. My math tells me you are getting around 1/2 of what is promised.

Oops! You looked at it wrong dear, I pasted it from »infospeed.verizon.net. But it clearly says 355 KiloBytes. That test is download only. Read a little closer.

But for the record, the LOWEST accurate upload test has been around 740 Kilobits. I said "using other means".
