| LIttle Elm DSL Providers hey there! just read your review about redmoon. very insightful. have you heard anything about Grande Communications DSL services? i, too, live out here in little elm and finding a good DSL provider has been effortful. please tell me what you think...also what are your views on Cebridge?

Little Elm, TX | Red moon is a NO GO, worst customer service ever. Honestly, I don't know whats worst, their services or customer services. Had them for one month and gave them the boot. I would preferred dail up than to pay for a ISP that is down half the time. | |

| Re: A NO GO i had red moon for about a year. b4 i could get dsl and i can honestly say i don't remember anytime they were down for more than a few hours very rarely. i wasn't real happy with their after hours customer service that seemed to be farmed out to canada, their reps were not very knowledg:)able | |
