No All-Call-Blocking

That is why I went with Datanet Got sick of empty promises by Vonage to have all call blocking in the near future. That was a year ago by the way, lol

Surprised it works so well for you in Lancaster

I am shocked that VONAGE is working so well for you in Lancaster. I live in Reading, PA and have had nothing but probelms with poor audio quality. I used to live in Norristown and audio was begining to be bad just before we moved. I have called Comcast and have been told that my line has been on for over three weeks and that I have no packet loss and the speed is very high (I forget what the last number was). I also have used BBR to ping my system and it is always in the very high range. Comcast came right out and siad that the poor audio had to be with VONAGE.

Here is the kicker. Most people are relatively happy (can't beat the cheap monthly bills) UNTIL they have to call and talk to someone at Vonage. I have emailed them 10 times in the last 6 months (just to see if they would return messages after the first two). I have never received a response. When I call, I am on hold for no less than 50 min. And you guessed it, when you talk to someone, he/she does not have a stinking clue. The only thing their computers tell them, evidently, is to tell the customer to reboot because that is the only advice they have.

I wish you luck. Enjoy the good service while it lasts.
