| tweaks for line stabilty Check your router for the QOS service. It's a service your vonage router can run that helps maintain connection. Also it's fitting to say you need to wait a week or so until your IP stays put. Vonage is a bit tricky to run it over cox too, but I still run the normal phone quality setting with vonage and it seems to clear things up. Your phones should login with vonage thru the routers within about 2 mins under ideal situations. good luck and check the broadband speed tests for 85281 I be BBwacko | |

| Have comcast check it out... Our comcast internet used to disconnect all of the time (and we even had to be a cable booster for our cable in the basement so the signal would be strong enough for the router to pick up) and finally it just would not work, so we called comcast. They came out and checked outside at the telephone pole, and it turns out the one of the cable parts out there had been leaky and had gotten water in it, which was why our internet was always disconnecting... they fixed that, and it has been great ever since. | |

| Illegal! quote: Also today, I got a rude call from a collector looking for a past Comcast bill, saying we had owed 80 dollars and change out of 100 and change that I've been paying on at the Comcast office. He was very rude in demanding the money owed and said we were supposed to make arrangements with them to pay, not Comcast as we have been for these past 2 months. When we answered him telling we had the receipts showing we had been making payments, he HUNG UP, just like the previous woman, Michelle.
This is illegal!!! Collection calls can not be harrassing, and they can not demand money. Threaten them with a lawyer, and they'll probably leave you alone. | |

And another thing, why did you quote a part of my review, in another totally different person's review and post it here?
Did you get the links mixed up?
Here's my address for clarification: »Review of Comcast by Chris 313
