| Speeds(like download..or something like that..) I also live near a large university(CalPoly, S.L.O.).
Still having to deal with lower speeds on Mondays, Wednesdays-around 1400-2400Kbs in the early evenings, but I'm used to it now.Tuesday evenings are surprisingly normal, and Thursday evenings we have a Farmer's Market in downtown S.L.O., which has most students party'ing downtown that nite, so speeds are normal as well.
Still wait'in for 5Mb/512Kb here, but Charter needs to address the oversold nodes before they go to faster speeds.
Otherwise, enjoy! I love the "instant on" of DHCP, and service here is very reliable-almost to the point of getting VOiP...like I said-almost.
