San bruno Cable

That makes sense now. When I was complaining about my speeds they told me not to use broadband reports, but use their internal speed check that tested from your house to their headend, saying that broadband reports wasn't accurate.

That makes sense because Sprint is the one slowing things up. At the end of the day, doesn't matter where the slow down is, it is just slow.
