ViaTalk Vs. Sunrocket.......

Hello,

I an also a SR user who has signed up for Viatalk. I, however, am keeping SR at least for the time being. I am going to use both services daily and do a side by side comparison of quality, reliability and feature sets before deciding whether to stay with one of these providers or to keep trying others until satisfied.

I was also swayed in my decision to try VT based on the fact that someone with a vested interest in the company posts in the bbr voip forum and lets people know what is going on. VTBrendan has also replied to a few questions I had via PM.

I used a coupon that is found here in the bbr voip forum that was worth $35.00 credit for trying the service out. Can't really go wrong if I can test drive the service for a couple of months(500 minute plan) and have only return shipping for their adapter as my only out of pocket expense.

My adapter arrives tomorrow and will promptly be set up and put into action!:D

Keeping them both alive? Which one is your primary phone number? Do you use them both for incoming as well as outgoing calls? How do they work for faxes?

Hello,

Sunrocket is my main number as I had ported my sbc line to them. Yes, I will use both for incoming and outgoing calls while testing. Faxing works fine on the SR signature number with a distinctive ring. I can't comment about any of the features of Viatalk right now as my adapter should be here today and then I'll get it set up and running to test.
