Less headache

"I'm ready to cut the cable (for both HSI and Television (don't get me started on the TV side...)) and go back to rabbit ears and dial-up...they'd both provide superior service compared to Comcast"
I did that for a while( over a year) and honestly, did not regret it. It was cheaper and more reliable.

I really don't understand the problem(s)you people are having. I have digital platinum w/HSI and have not had a major problem, just a couple of bumps here and there. Nothing major what so ever. Is there a certain part of San Jose that is having all of these issues?
