DHL was to blame for slow delivery in my case

DHL/USPS or DHL@Home should deliver in 4 business days per their website. Yours was extremely slow. My router was shipped from Vonage on 9/15 and arrived in California on 9/22. DHL responded quickly to an email asking about the slow delivery and admitted the fault was on their end. It took two 1/2 days to go from Groveport, OH to Wilmington, OH. DHL gives USPS 24-48 hours to deliver once DHL hands off to USPS. The one good thing is that you can track your package via DHL and it is updated quicker than the tracking USPS has.

I on the other hand found Vonage to be a horrible value. Poor call quality, router reboots at least 6-8 times a day if not more.

It wasn't like that in the beginning, but call quality was never as good as POTS. Tech support was lousy, outsourcing is annoying and CSRs are clueless twits.

I am sure if people have no problems, Vonage is fine. For my two year experience, they get an unsatisfactory rating.
