great review and couple more questions

So how's the result of your shipping fee? And how about their web portal? Call log?

Re: great review and couple more questions

I haven't been charged yet so I don't know, though they assured me that it would be accurate. I don't doubt that it will be fine, but I just hope it won't require me having to call them to correct errors. I think they really need to upgrade their web portal interface as it's clumsy and unintuitive. not that it doesn't provide relatively easy access to everything - it does - but it's really pretty shabby given the state of web portals these days.

As soon as they charge me, I'll post an update.

call log seems to be completely accurate, though even after I switched to the unlimited plan it continues to display the cost of the calls for pay as you go users.

voip2go is available from galaxyvoice

Hmmm. I am with galaxyvoice and I am using the voip2go. It's available from the login page.

Re: voip2go is available from galaxyvoice

That's interesting and annoying. It was available for a little while and I asked them if it would cost anything. They said it was only trial and that they had no idea if and when they would offer it and that it could stop working at any time - which it did a few days later. I tried to press them for more information, but they didn't give me any...oh well.

since I kept one number with galaxyvoice, I just checked the features panel and there was no voip2go option so maybe you set it for your number and then they removed the interface but it's still working...?

Still works, however I did confirm it is no longer availabe in control panel. Can you let me know if you find out anything? Thanks!

Well, I thought they were EXCELLENT while I had them. However, they did not want to offer the new revos features in a timely manner so I did switch to revos just so I could have the mobile VOIP2Go feature. Revos is the same, though a little more expensive - $25 instead of $20 - but works just as well.

REVOS and Caller ID with Name

Noticed you switched to REVOS. Does the Name part of Caller ID work with them?

Re: REVOS and Caller ID with Name

name part of caller id-- no. but do note that revos.com is not allowing signups at the moment-- you can only signup through a dealer such as www.pulsevoip.com or www.volarity.com
