Review

Good and fair review. One reason Vonage takes so long to deliver the Linksys is DHL has a partnership with the USPS to do the local delivery. I Ordered Vonage for my kids and the one in CO took 4 days to deliver AFTER it arrived at the Denver PO. No reason for that delay IMO. Continued good luck with Vonage.

Re: Review

It's not necessarily USPS that's responsible for slow delivery with the DHL@Home service Vonage uses to send their adapters. In my case DHL caused a two day delay. This was confirmed when I got an email reply from DHL inquiring about the slow delivery. DHL@HOME is supposed to delivery in 4 business days. Two of these are allowed for USPS.

Re: Review

I tracked it on the DHL website. Made it from OH to Denver in 2 days, then to the PO for delivery(west Denver) 1 day, then 4 before I complained to DHL. was delivered the next day. All together, 7 days.

Re: Review

I believe you. I tracked mine as well. In MY case DHL was at fault not the USPS. Bottom line: Vonage should get a better company to deliver their adapters quicker. I almost had my number ported before I got the adapter.
