| Good luck getting your rebate. I had almost the same situation. Bought and returned router to Best Buy. Now Vonage seems to think I have two. They tell me to activate the second account? They just can't seem to understand the first one as returned for an even exchange. They want me to send them the receipt's they already have. That would be a neat trick. Seems to me I should be getting the rebate for the "first account" but they don't understand that either. Vonage and Best Buy did me on that deal. I'm happy with the service though, I've learned not to count on rebates for anything. I guess you can call it pay and pray. |
