My experience with InternetConnect has not been as positive. My initial set up was completely wrong as the sales rep entered my personal data into the system incorrectly Even thought I called, left voice mail and left email, he never corrected the information. I had to go to the head of sales to get my data corrected. I still have intermittent email and service outages at least twice a week. I have called quality assurance and expessed my displeasure. My main complaint is that I get the run around on my initial call. If they would just be honest and tell me that they have a router problem up front I could live with that. But they always tell me to reset my modem and reinstall my software. I am not an idiot and don't appreciate being treated as one. The website is never up to date with service outage reports, so that is useless. |
