1 edit | They don't know how to return calls You probably don’t hear anything back from the city/state because Bresnan doesn’t call them back. I do a lot of work for the city and county offices in my area, that is one complaint I have heard a lot from city/county officials.
If they try and bill you for it file a complaint at »https://esupport.fcc.gov/form2000/, once submitted it will take a couple weeks before it is assigned an agent. After that it’s a speedy process. You will need some type of proof that you own this modem. Hopefully you kept a receipt (CC statement would work as well)... When I canceled service they started the same thing with me, however I used a modem that Bresnan does not offer customers. |
