And yes, they are scripted. They don't care about fixing problems, all they care about is their quality score and their call numbers. That's what they get paid for. CV pays alot of money, but demands total obedience.
Well, not was. Still am. But don't care anymore. I'm about to be out of a job anyways. I actually care about fixing people's problems. All CV cares about is the "happy happy joy joy" feeling. | |

| Re: Tech Support No, they are allowed to hang up. They don't have to put up with an abusive customer, especially if the customer curses at them, they don't have to put up with it. I know I don't put up with customers who curse at me, I don't have to put up with it, no one does. | |
