Same here

After looking for the 'coverage map' mentioned in their blurb, I called them, and they also told me that they are only a billing company. Probably this listing should be removed, perhaps there was some sort of buyout or merger, but afaict, the company at airpath.com (which is where airpath.net redirects to) is NOT in fact a wireless ISP at all.

Airpath is a "clearing house" for other WISPs and Hot Spot Providers- mostly their a roaming company though.
