not completely free

Just a note. I couldn't find other reviews mentioning this but it really isn't completely free. You are currently charged $2.35/month (for the free voip plan) whether you use it or not during that month. $1 is for 911 fees, and $1.35 for a carrier recovery charge. Galaxyvoice said these are federal government charges and out of their control. So replace 'free' with 'almost free.'

Give me a break if your complaining over 2.35 for something they cant control...well thats kinda stupid don't ya think??
