| Speed and reliability needed Speed increases have been in very limited areas, none seen at all in well populated areas of the Big Island, still stuck with 5Mb as the max.
It is very over sold with loss of service over the last 2 months being several times a day, only lasting a few minutes, but thats bad enough when you're using their phone service. We need competition and I don't mean the 1.5 that DSL provides...
Sad part is a very small town in Canada can get 12 mbps thru their dsl, but we can't.... |
