Comcast is a big company. Lots of call centers. Of course someone at a 1800 number will give you a different price. They don't know your area like your area office. But yes as a rep, we need to know more than we do. We know what we find out ourselves or what the company tells us. But for prices and speeds you should stick with area office and don't expect much from 1800 number. Sucks I know.
