Us folks that live in the Federation Outpost of San Luis Obispo, CA-well, we're still w/ATT?Yahoo or Charter "Pipline". Even though CalPoly San Luis Obispo HAS an OC3 system on campus.
Not to mention, a level3 interchange south of town-within city limits by the way.
