| HawaiianTel I've had some billing problems w/ HTel, but they've always bent over backwards to fix things. I had some slow service at first, but they fixed that too. I get around 700/2450 in Lahaina on a $600 computer.
Although I don't think they were quite ready to take over Verizon's whole system, I give them credit for trying to keep their customers satisfied and be "Hawaiian"Tel.
Originally the waits were long for customer service, but now it's worked out. I'm happy w/ them and would recommend them. |
